Hot foil printing (also known as foil stamping) is a traditional printing method for short run labels and can be used as a standalone process or added to pre printed digital labels to enhance the final result.
Metallic Foil has a metal look, giving a shiny and reflective appearance to the label. This foil is available in different metallic shades such as gold, silver, bronze and copper, plus many more.
Pigment Foils, a range of primary colours are available in gloss or matt finish.
Holographic Foil use hologram and prismatic foils to create a three-dimensional image. These enhance specific areas of printed labels through their distinctive appearance.
Hotfoil labels can be supplied on gloss or matt papers, as well as synthetic materials, using
permanent or removable adhesives.
Suitable for internal or external use, where a synthetic material is used they are UV stable and once laminated will stand up to all weathers.
Working from customer supplied artwork or from our in house created artwork a magnesium die is created to foil stamp the image/text onto the chosen substrate.
